By registering on the InDreams Partner Portal, you agree to participate in our referral program. Partners earn a 2% commission on the sale price of properties successfully referred through the platform.
Partners share unique referral links with potential buyers. A referral is considered valid when the referred client completes a property purchase through InDreams Phuket. Commission is paid after the transaction is finalized and funds are received.
Commissions are calculated as 2% of the property sale price (THB). Payments are processed within 30 days of deal completion via bank transfer or agreed payment method.
Partners must provide accurate information to referred clients, not misrepresent property details or pricing, and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Property listings, images, descriptions, and all portal content are owned by InDreams Phuket or licensed from developers. Partners may use this content solely for referral purposes.
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. Outstanding valid commissions will still be honored upon termination.
InDreams Phuket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Partner Portal. Property transactions are subject to Thai real estate law.
